

She worked for the State of Illinois at the Department of Natural Resources and other agencies, retiring after 30 years of dedicated service. She was an avid reader and advocate for animals, giving love and comfort to many rescue dogs and cats through the years.
She is survived by her son, Alan Branthaver of Modesto, Illinois; daughter, Kim (Jim) Eddings of Springfield, Illinois; two grandchildren, Gregory (Rachael) Eddings of St. Louis, Missouri and Carrie (Zachary) Holliday of Springfield, Illinois; two great-grandchildren; sister, Betty (Jack) Spencer of Gillespie, Illinois; nieces, Jackie and Christie; and nephew, Steve.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Christina Radulovich; and her beloved brother, John Radulovich.
She cherished time with her family, especially walks at Lincoln Memorial Gardens, being "Chica's Grandma" to Greg and Carrie, family gatherings with many hours of "table talks," and enjoying quiet country living. Her unwavering determination and resolute spirit guided her life's journey and inspired all who knew her. She loved deeply and that love will endure.
Visitation: Family and friends will gather from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home- Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Animal Protective League of Springfield, Illinois.
Private Graveside will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.
