Eileen Mae Gilbert

Eileen Mae Gilbert, 80, of Vancouver, WA, went home to the Lord, on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Born on January 15, 1941, in Springfield, Illinois, to Marvin and Mildred Pryor. She grew up in Jacksonville, Illinois until 1977, at which point she moved to Washington.

Her greatest joys in life included raising and spending time with her family. Eileen is survived by her five children, Evelyn (Rollin) Scoggins, Dawn Troutt, Debbie VanBebber, Richard (Tina) Troutt, and Shawn Gilbert; five stepchildren; three sisters, Sylvia (A.J.) Shelburne, Carol Thompson, and Janie Frank, of Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Jimmy (Erin) Miller, Kenny Miller, Justin (Tori) Scoggins, Jeremy (Danielle) Scoggins, Chantel Troutt, Seth Gilbert, Shelby Troutt, and Cody Scoggins; 12 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Gilbert; daughter, Teresa Troutt; grandsons, Jason Miller and Darrell James Troutt; and great-granddaughter, Stephanie Miller.

Graveside Ceremony: 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Roselawn Memorial Park with Celebrant Judy Woerner officiating. She will be buried next to her grandparents, Virgil and Minni Pape
