Frances Elaine Coker, 84 formerly of New Berlin, died on Sunday, October 22, 2006 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on November 7, 1921 in Loami, the daughter of Otto C. and Dora Davis Miller. She married Charles G. Coker on September 18, 1943 in Franklin, Illinois; he preceded her in death. Frances was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, OK. She was a former member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and St. Mary’s Altar Society in New Berlin. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter: Heather Coker. She is survived by one son: Ron (wife, Brenda) Coker; one daughter: Sister Mary Frances Coker, CST of Oklahoma City, OK; two grandchildren: Joshua and Sara Coker and two great-grandchildren: Breayleah and Brenna. Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at Knights of Columbus Council # 4372, 715 E. Illinois St., New Berlin with Rev. Angel Sierra, celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in New Berlin. Memorial contributions may be made to: Villa Teresa School, 1216 Classen Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73103.
