Frances Leuvenia McCormick, 62, of Graymont, IL passed away at 5:55 p.m. on October 26, 2001 at St. John’s Hospital. She was born June 3, 1939 in Elberta, AL the daughter of Leroy and Florence Ostella Gardner Watson. She married Donald C. McCormick and he preceded her in death on October 12, 1994. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. McCormick is survived by two sons: Danny (wife,Virginia) of Seneca, IL and Donnie of Graymont, IL; two daughters: Wanda McCormick of Western Springs, IL and Cindy McCormick of Graymont, IL; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; several brothers and sisters; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Remains were cremated and friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at the Calvary Baptist Church, 1901 Pratt Lane, Ottawa, IL 61350 on Wednesday, October 31, 2001 at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery on Thursday, November 1, 2001 at 2 p.m. The family of Frances L. McCormick is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield, IL.
