Gary C. Moore, 67, of Dawson, died at 12:25 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Menard Convalescent Center. Gary was born July 3, 1943 in Springfield, the son of Samuel and Loreen Hall Moore. He married Rose Duknoski on May 28, 1965 in Springfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister. He is survived by his wife, Rose Moore; son, Steven Moore; granddaughter, Jenna Moore; brother, Samuel (Della Mae) Moore and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center. In honor of the excellent care that was provided to Gary, memorial contributions may be made to Menard Convalescent Center, 120 W. Antle St. Petersburg, IL 62675.
