Izack Paul Gore, 25, of Springfield, IL, passed away at 2:09 p.m. on Monday, August 11, 2025, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Izack was born on October 15, 1999, in Springfield, IL, the son of Kris Gore and Carrie Klug.

Izack had a passion for life and adventure. He loved skateboarding, boxing, riding dirt bikes, and playing basketball. He found joy in music and was especially talented on the drums. Above all, he cherished spending time with his kids and family, who meant the world to him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul Klug and Patricia Williams; and brother, Kristopher D. Gore, Jr.

Izack is survived by his parents, Carrie Klug and Kris Gore of Springfield; son, Izenn Gore of Springfield; daughter, Delilah Gore of Springfield; grandparents, Michele Taylor of North Carolina and Stanley Gore of Texas; siblings, Valarie, Robert, and Lily Gore all of Springfield and Katelynn, Kara, Samuel and Leah Seagle all of North Carolina; niece, Kailani Gore of Springfield; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield, 900 S. 6th Street, Springfield, IL 62703, until the time of the Ceremony at 12:00 p.m.

Inurnment: Thursday August 21, 2025, 11:00 AM at Roselawn Memorial Park, 1735 S. Camp Butler Rd., Springfield, IL 62707.

Memorial contributions may be made in care of Izack’s children.
