He was born on June 4, 2006, in Springfield, IL, the son of John and Angela (Galman) Blunk.
Jack graduated from Glenwood High School in 2024. He went on to work as a certified pharmacy technician.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Galman; and brother, Gavin Caruso.
Jack is survived by his parents, John and Angela Blunk of Springfield; grandparents, Lisa Galman, Dr. Richard Blunk, and Nancy Blunk; and beloved dog, Birdie Blunk.
A private graveside ceremony will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
