

Jamie Kristina Patino, 18, of Springfield, passed away Monday, July 29, 2002 in an automobile accident. Jamie was born May 6, 1984 the daughter of Robert B. and Patricia Matsko Patino in Springfield. She was later adopted by Edward Ruebling. Jamie was a 2002 graduate of Southeast High School. She was a member of Church of the Little Flower. She enjoyed being outdoors, swimming and soccer. She was loved by many friends and family and will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert B. Patino and a grandfather, Stephen Matsko. She is survived by parents, Edward and Patricia Ruebling of Springfield; three sisters: Sonya (husband, Gonzalo) Leon-Patino of Corvallis, OR, Nicole Patino of Springfield, Carrie (husband, Terry) Suhre of Las Vegas, NV; three brothers: Robert Patino of Chicago, Aaron (wife, Kristina) Ruebling of Springfield, Jason (wife, Shantel) Ruebling of Springfield; grandmothers: Paula Patino of Springfield, Katie Matsko of Lowry City, MO and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home from 4-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 1, 2002 with a wake service at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 2, 2002 at Church of the Little Flower with Fr. Chuck Edwards celebrant. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family of Jamie Kristina Patino is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
