Juanita was born on January 28, 1931, in Pinhook, IL, the daughter of John and Lola Rogers Thompson. She married Daniel J. Faulkner on July 15, 1968, in Springfield; he preceded her in death on July 3, 2013.
Juanita was a 1948 graduate of Vandalia Community High School. She worked as a Dental Assistant from 1965-1977. Juanita had a love for her animals reading, crocheting, and sewing.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Clymer; son, Terry Gardner; parents; and numerous siblings.
She is survived by her son, Mickey (wife, Jenny) Clymer of Tennyson, IN; seven grandchildren; one sister, Betty Latch of Windsor, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to private family ceremonies. Private family interment will be held at Elkhart Cemetery at a later date.
