Kay Ellen Pazara, 53, of Springfield, passed away at 12:58 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2002 at her residence. Kay was born July 19, 1949 in Havana the daughter of Pete and Colleen Mustard Pazara. Kay was a graduate of Havana High School and received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Sangamon State University (Now UIS). She had a Pilots License and loved to fly. She was a brilliant scientist with a wonderful sense of humor, she will be missed by her family and friends. She was the best friend a daughter could have. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one daughter: Erin (husband, Pat) Wall of Jensen Beach, FL; three grandchildren: Chance Michael Wall, (14 months old), Gabrielle Margaret Wall, (13 years old), Dillon Nathaniel Wall (15 years old) and one cousin: Mike (wife, Sherilyn) Pazara of Havana. Cremation Services were performed at the Kirlin-Egan and Butler Cremation Tribute Center. No services are planned. The family of Kay Ellen Pazara is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
