Linda E. Ryan

Linda E. Ryan, 46, of Springfield died at 4:00 a.m. Thursday, December 15, 2005 at St. John’s Hospice. Linda was born September 30, 1959 in Springfield, IL the daughter of Charles Albert and Phyllis Hall Ryan. Ms. Ryan was previously employed at Memorial Medical Center as a housekeeper and had also worked in home healthcare. She had a wonderful spirit and was a loyal friend to many. She was preceded in death by her father: Charles Albert Ryan and brother: Charles Richard Ryan. She is survived by her mother: Phyllis Taylor and Stepfather: Edward Taylor both of Philadelphia, MO; one son: Mickey Nolan Ryan of Springfield; one daughter: Sarah Ann Sprague of Springfield; one brother: William “Grant” (wife, Sheryl) Ryan of Groton, CT; two sisters: Leslie Anne Ryan of Houston, TX and Laura Gail (husband, Joseph, III) Rieger of Springfield; one aunt; two uncles; one niece; four nephews and several cousins. Family will receive friends from 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield. Graveside Services will follow at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at Calvary Cemetery with Scott Brindley officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Hospital, Hospice Program, 800 E. Carpenter, Springfield, IL 62702. The family of Linda E.
