Mary Marie Austin

Mary Marie Austin, 83, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday December 21, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on November 30, 1933 in Webster County, Kentucky to Ercel and Myrtle Beckner Williams. Mary married Bob Austin on September 13, 1952 in Springfield and he survives.

Mrs. Austin is also survived by her two children: Michael Allen (Dee) Austin of Omaha, Nebraska and Linda Lou Jones of Havana, one brother Richard Williams of Edinburg, seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Mary was a Lanphier High School graduate who enjoyed cooking. She traveled extensively visiting all fifty states and twenty five foreign countries with her husband Bob.

The family will meet friends from 9:00am – 10:00am Saturday December 24, 2016 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Steet, followed immediately by a time of reflection and sharing condolences with the family. Graveside services will follow at 11:00am Saturday at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
