Mary M. Hanselman, 99, of Springfield, died at 7:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2009 in Springfield. Mary was born March 15, 1910 in Springfield, the daughter of Henry E. and Katheryn Ambrose Hanselman. Mary worked for Ford Motor Company for over fifty years. Mary spent the last twelve years of her life living at the Loretta Home under the loving care of the Franciscan Sisters and nursing staff. She will be remembered as a very devoted and loving aunt. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; seven brothers; and one niece. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at St. Francis Convent, 4849 LaVerna Rd., Springfield.
