MaryKay Ungarelli

Mary Kay was born on November 11, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois to Angelo and Rose (Sangiacomo) Ungarelli.

In life, she was a Data Analyst at the Chicago Department of Health Bureau of Vital Statistics, singer in a rock & roll band, an animal lover, lifelong White Sox fan, and a vivid storyteller.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Virginia (Chuck) Altieri; brother in law, Ralph Iasillo; niece, Ginni and nephews, Greg and Billy.

Mary Kay was a loving sister who is survived by her sisters, Lucille Iasillo and Vita (Frank) Redisi; nieces and nephews, Lucy (Marty) Weir, Roz (Maureen) Iasillo, Angelo Iasillo, Rose (Len) Altieri-Preston, Robbie Iasillo, Frank (Jennifer) Redisi IV, Michael (Tracie) Redisi, and Kathleen Redisi-George. They will forever miss their fun, loving aunt. Her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends loved her dearly.

The family would like to acknowledge the amazing care provided by Mary Kay's medical team at Heritage Health-Carlinville for the support provided over the last few years, as well as all who provided hospice care with dignity and kindness.

Private ceremonies were held with burial at Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Hillside, IL
