Maxine Ziri

Maxine Ziri, 85, of Salisbury, died at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2004 at Heritage Manor. Maxine was born June 1, 1919 in Trimble, OH the daughter of John, Jr. and Dessie Iona Brooks Bee. She married Frank Ziri; he preceded her in death in 2000. Mrs. Ziri retired from FW Means Services, a uniform laundering service, where she worked for close to 50 years. She was also a homemaker and a former member of Third Presbyterian Church. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son: John Ziri in 1989; six brothers and six sisters. She is survived by one son: Frank (wife, Carol) Ziri of Springfield; one daughter: Patricia Sabo of Salisbury; eight grandchildren: Richard Sabo, Jr., Ryan Sabo, Shelly Elmore, Robin Flanigan, Chris Ziri, Mike Ziri, Jennifer Ziri and Tom Ziri; five great grandchildren; Alexis and Austin Elmore, Brenden and Riley Flanigan and Elijah Ziri and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 26, 2004 at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Hospital, Adult Day Care, 800 E.
