Michael Wayne Lusk, 74, of Springfield, passed away on May 11, 2026 at his residence. He was born on October 13, 1951 in Flora, Illinois to Robert Lusk and Ruth McLaughlin Lusk. He married Shirley Ann Sirtout on June 21,2021 and she preceded him in death on December 18, 2021. He was also preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Lusk is survived by his daughter Rachel Mclaughlin Lusk of Nevada and three siblings: Pat Lusk of Tucson, Arizona, Robin (John) Barth of Morton, Illinois and David (Mary) Lusk of Tucson, Arizona and one brother-in-law Tom Sirtout.
Michael was a United States Air force Veteran. He worked many years in construction as a laborer and he enjoyed hunting, horses and his family. Michael had great faith in his Lord and Saviour.
