She was born on April 25, 1967, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Ray and Betty DeLonais. She married Glen Moreland on October 1, 1995, in Springfield.
Rachelle graduated from Southeast High School in 1985. She later worked for the Illinois House of Representatives as a legislative secretary, retiring in 2019. Rachelle was a member of the Springfield Women’s Bowling Association, winning four city titles. Aside from bowling, she also enjoyed going to the beach and searching for shells. She and Glen moved to Bradenton, FL, in 2020.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Rachelle is survived by her husband, Glen Moreland; children, Brittany Houchin (Craig) and Cody Moreland; siblings, Mike DeLonais (Diane), Kathy Dyer (Joe), Lori Phillips (Keith), and David DeLonais; and several nieces and nephews.
