Richard Van Le

Richard Van Le, 25, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on April 14, 2025 at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey. He was born on May 18, 1999 in Springfield to Luc Van Ho and Trinh Kieu Le.

He is survived by his father Luc Ho (Quy Vo) of Springfield, mother Trinh Le (Truong Do) of Spring Hill, Florida, three sisters: Jennifer Le, Jessica Le and Tracy Cavanagh (CJ Cavanagh) all of Springfield, one brother Kien Ho (Jihyun Kim) of St. Louis, Missouri and many loving cousins, aunts and uncles from all over.

Richard was a creative who had a passion for photography and videography, and sewing. In his free time, he enjoyed live music and hanging out with friends. He had a habit of picking up interesting hobbies throughout his life and seeing where they could lead him. Whether it be filming music videos or piecing together extravagant figurines, he always was doing something that got his creative juices flowing. Richard always marched to the beat of his own drum and his uniqueness made him stand out in the best ways.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday April 24, 2025 at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 Koke Mill Road, with burial to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Wednesday April 23, 2025 at Bisch West.
