He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Neal, Sr. and great-grandfather, Mike “Skippy” Bartolomucci.
River is survived by his parents; siblings, Mirra and Jayce Neal, both of Springfield; grandparents, Rachel Neal of Springfield and Tom and Michelle Norman of Auburn; great-grandparents, Mary and Don Hopper of Springfield; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
