Hello to Betty and family - My mom, Marilyn Mehan, formerly of Seasons, and I send our condolences upon hearing about Bob's passing. We have so many fond memories of Bob's friendly greetings whenever we would see him at Seasons. So many times when I would be visiting my mom and passing through the lobby, Bob would be having lunch with the family and would often invite me to join in. Even though I usually didnt have time to stop, I appreciated the offer. Mom was always raving about his chili and other potluck dishes. No matter how many bumps and bruises he might have, he still managed to be in such an upbeat and happy mood. Bob was such a generous and gracious man. We know he will be missed by many. Tim, we were always impressed with how attentive you were with Bob & Betty at Seasons. Betty, we know leaving Seasons will be hard, but we wish you well with your transition to Lewis Memorial. With love, Marilyn Mehan & Sue Leidolph

Betty & Family,
One of my most cherished blessings was having Bob & Betty in my life. Tom & I shared one of those special relationships with this wonderful couple and our trips to Europe were some of the best times of our lives. We also spent family vacations together.
Sadly, Bob is no longer with us and I am still grieving the recent loss of my dear husband. But it helps knowing that the two of them are together now. They will be missed terribly by all who knew them and they will forever live in my heart.

Aunt Betty & Family,
I will always treasure my memories of our wonderful family vacations whether in California or Illinois. Dad & Uncle Bob told such great stories. We had so many fun times, lots of laughs & delicious food. Uncle Bob was a fantastic cook. His bar-b-que ribs were the best!!
Love always,
Kathy
