Robert F. Ruebling, 74, passed away peacefully at his home on December 26, 2014.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother Tossie Ruebling, his beloved wife Mary Ann, siblings; George, and Herb Ruebling, and Mary Smith, daughter Laura Ann, and 2 great-grandsons Shawn and Wyatt Nation.
Bob is survived by a son Robert Ruebling, 3 step-children: Mary Jo Nation, David and Jeff Fickas, siblings John Ruebling and Nancy Harper, 8 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Bisch & Son Funeral Home 505 E Allen St. Springfield, IL, 62703 is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Monday, December 29, from 10 am until the time of a memorial service at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation or to the Simmons Cooper Cancer Institute
