Rose Miriam Quinn, 78, of Springfield, died at 11:30 a.m., November 29, 2000 at her residence. She was born January 16, 1922, the daughter of George and Miriam Dowling Quinn in Waterloo, IL. Miss Quinn was employed by the state of Illnois as an office clerk for the Department of Human Services. She was preceded in death by her father in 1958, her mother in 1977, and her sister: Therese Church on January 4, 2000. She is Survived by her brother: Jean G. ''Bud'' (wife-Joann) Quinn of McComb, IL and several nieces and nephews. Remains were donated for anatomical study. The family of Rose Quinn is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home 900 S. 6th St. Springfield.
