She was born in Springfield on February 14, 1925, the daughter of Melvin W. and Lela Ealey Page.
She married Herman M. Little in 1941; he died in 1952. She later married W. Ted Bull in 1962; he died in 1995.
She was also preceded in death by one grandson.
Mrs. Bull retired from the Illinois Department of Revenue in 1987. Previously she had worked for Franklin Life, Beal Grocery Store, was a realtor for a few years, and was a nurses’ aid for St. John's Hospital. She also owned a ceramic shop for many years.
She is survived by two sons: Sam Little and Tom (wife, Lori) Little of Springfield; four daughters: Marcia (husband, David) Thomas, Sue Elmore, Edith (husband, James) Skube, and Nora (husband, Melvin) Hornback all of Springfield; one brother: Melvin W. (wife, Eileen) Page of Taylorville; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
