Sarah E. Koerner-Beauchamp, 45, of Springfield, passed away on April 2, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on October 22, 1973 in Springfield to Harold E. and Mary J. Prince Koerner. Sarah married Eric W. Beauchamp on May 6, 2006 in Springfield and he survives.
Mrs. Beauchamp is also survived by her beloved feline children: Dawn Marie, Felicia Renee and Zakk Edward, her father Harold E. Koerner of Pinnacle, North Carolina and her mother Mary J. Koerner of Springfield, two cousins: Kathy Jones of Elkhart and Barbara Schnoor of Greenview her aunt and uncle Evelyn and Abe Forsyth of Springfield and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Lucille Koerner.
Sarah attended Southeast High School and worked at Chuck E. Cheese, the Illinois Department on Aging as an office associate, the State of Illinois DHS Child Support Division, and most recently as a Mark Kay Associate. She enjoyed movies, shopping, wearing her “bling” and traveling having celebrated her tenth wedding anniversary at Disney World.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday April 6, 2019 at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 Koke Mill Road. The family will greet friends from 10:00am until the time of memorial service Saturday at Bisch West.
