Saundra "Sonnie" Kramer

Sonnie was born on October 18, 1941, in DuBois, PA, the daughter of John Marlin and Doris (Hamilton) Way.

She graduated from DuBois High School in 1959 and earned her associate degree from Penn Hall. Sonnie worked as a medical secretary before staying home to raise her family. She lived through a strong belief in God and enjoyed sharing her faith. Above all, Sonnie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Dean Way.

Sonnie is survived by her son, Brad (Carmen) Kramer of Williamsville; daughters, Cheryl (Dan) Egan of Grand Rapids, MI, and Christina “Chrissy” (Josh) Thomas of Springfield; grandchildren, Logan and Regan Kramer, Josh (Tammy) and Jake (Megan) Furbeck, and Jackson and Addison Thomas; great-grandchildren, Laurel, Asher, Nathaniel and Theo Furbeck; sister-in-law, Constance “Connie” Way of Latrobe, PA; and two nieces.

Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Butler Funeral Home – Springfield, 900 S. Sixth St., Springfield.

Burial will take place at a later date at Morningside Cemetery in DuBois, PA.
