She was born on October 7, 1991, in Enterprise, AL, the daughter of Jennifer Collins.
Savi moved around a lot as a child and settled in Taylorville in 2011 with her husband, Joseph. She attended Jefferson Community College near Herculaneum and Festus, Missouri before meeting Joseph. She was a great cook, avid fantasy reader, loved animals, rocks, and musicals. Savi was quite crafty and enjoyed crocheting and painting in her free time.
Savi was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandmother.
She is survived by her mother, Jennifer (Jason) Ainsworth of Houston, TX; husband, Joseph Wood; wife, Jade Barker; partner, Eric Gaddis; brother, Evan (Dottie) Ainsworth; nephew, Rudy; and beloved cat, Nikki.
Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
Memorial Gathering and Ceremony: The family will receive friends at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield, IL 62703, until the time of the Ceremony at 3:00 pm.
