Sheldon L. Jordan, 39 of Joliet, died at 11:30 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2004 in Joliet. Sheldon was born February 19, 1965 in Kewanee, the son of John, Sr. and Mattie Rose Brown. Mr. Jordan had been employed in the restaurant business. He was survived by his parents: John, Sr and Mattie Jordan of Springfield; one sister: Lorraine Jordan of Springfield; four brothers: Chris Jordan of Kewanee, Calvin Jordan of Springfield, John Jordan, Jr. of Springfield, Lewis Jordan of Springfield and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trust Account for Sheldon L. Jordan, c/o U.S. Bank, 1155 N. 9th St. Springfield, IL 62702. The family of Sheldon L.
