Shirley A. Bickel, 73, of Lincoln, passed away at 1:43 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at Memorial Medical Center. Shirley was born January 24, 1929 the daughter of William and Ruth Smith Finnell in Coshocton, OH. She was employed by Cutler-Hammer in Lincoln and she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son: Thomas R. Bickel. She is survived by two sons: Randy Bickel, Mike Walters both of Coshocton, OH; two daughters: Marilyn (husband, Lance) Davsko of Sherman, Kathleen (husband, Wayne) Boatman of Atlanta, IL; four grandsons; one granddaughter; two great grandchildren; one sister: Betty Hook of Heath, OH; six brothers: Charles Finnell of Akron, OH, William Finnell of Springfield, OH, Rolland Finnell of Dayton, OH; Dean Finnell of Nashport, OH, Donald Finnell of Johnstown, OH, Larry Finnell of Mt Vernon, OH and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Private graveside services will be held at Southlawn Cemetery in Coshocton, OH. The family of Shirley A. Bickel is being served by Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
