He was born in Milwaukee, WI, September 28, 1964 the son of Steward D. and Delores M. (Plevak) Farley. His father preceded him in death.
Steve retired from Catholic Health Initiatives where he served as an Emergency Room Nurse. He returned to Springfield for a visit to his family.
Surviving are his mother, Delores, his brother, Scott (wife Taisila) Farley and his niece, Isabella Farley, all of Springfield.
Cremation rites will be accorded by the Bisch Crematory. No services are planned at this time. Inurnment will be in Wisconsin at a later date.
