She was born on October 13, 1979, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Jules Victor DelValley and Michelle (McDow) Kolpack.
Tamara graduated from Calvary Temple High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Benedictine University. She was employed as an executive director of the Child Death Review for the State of Illinois. Tamara loved animals, taking her dogs to the dog park, gardening, traveling, singing, and visiting with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved dog, Roxy.
Tamara is survived by her son, Adrian Greene of Las Vegas, NV; stepfather, Robert Skube; her uncle “pop”, Layne DelValley; sisters, Martha Kolpack of Las Vegas, NV, Nicole (Stephen) Wheat of Denver, CO, Heather Proctor, Stephanie Seeholzer, and Lacey Skube; companion, Walter; one niece, Sophie; two nephews, Oliver and Noah; beloved dogs, Nyla and Ash; and her beloved cats, Thelma and Louise.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
Memorial Gathering and Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield, IL. A Memorial Ceremony will follow at 11:00 a.m.
