Teresa Lynn Moreland

She was born on January 23, 1961, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Frank and Carol (Pope) Ray. Teresa married Robert “Bob” Moreland on January 26, 1980, in Springfield.

Teresa co-owned and operated Miss Kimmees gaming parlors with her husband. She enjoyed camping, travel, cruises, and the beach. Teresa was a generous, loving, caring, all around good person who loved everybody.

She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Rusty Bryant; and sister, Lisa Bryant.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Bob Moreland of Springfield; mother, Carol Ray; daughter, Tabatha Moreland of; sons, Robert (Kinzie Myers) Moreland, Jr., Danial Moreland, Matthew (Jazz) Moreland, and Shawn (Chaise Hullcher) Moreland; grandchildren, Destiny and Harmony Moreland, Kolton Luckett, and Gavyn, Addy Jo, Kinzleigh, Addison, Isaac, Jeremiah, Sophia, Lucy, and Mason Moreland; siblings, Pete Bryant, Rodney Hartline, and Bambi Moreah; best friend, Pam Melton; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.

The family will host a Celebration of Life from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at VFW Post 10302, 2349 Stockyard Rd., Springfield, IL.
