Tillie Wrincik

Tillie Wrincik, 98, of Springfield, died at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Lewis Memorial Christian Village. Tillie was born August 29, 1909 in Selbytown, IL, the daughter of Benedetto and Annunciata Micheletti. She married Alex Wrincik; he preceded her in death in 1984. Tillie was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church. She enjoyed vegetable gardening, baking, cooking, and loved children and the St. Louis Cardinals. She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Dolcedo and Americo Micheletti; one nephew: William Micheletti and one niece: Jolene Lesko. She is survived by several nieces and nephews: Frank (Sandra) Micheletti of Santa Ana, CA, Nancy (Rich) Elkin of Schaumburg, Tom Micheletti of Freehold, NJ, Carol Micheletti (wife of the late William Micheletti) of Ramona, CA, George (Joy) Micheletti of Springfield, Bob (Betty) Micheletti of Bloomington, MN, John N. (Rita) Lesko of Springfield, Frank (Kim) Lesko of Springfield and Anglee (Roger) Stickel of Springfield; sister-in-law: Hilda Micheletti of Springfield; special friend: Ginny McCawley of Springfield; several other nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews and numerous other friends and family. Family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2007 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Visitation will begin with a prayer service at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 2119 N. 20th St., Springfield with Rev.
