Timothy was born on August 20, 1952 in Sacramento, CA, the son of John Robert and Rosemary Mayol Flannigan.
Timothy was a graduate of WIU and worked a substitute teacher. He enjoyed watching and playing sports and visiting with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Kathleen and Deborah Flannigan; and one brother, Terrance Michael Flannigan.
He is survived by his son, Sean Flannigan of Cheyenne, WY; one daughter, Elizabeth Beaver of Hawaii; one grandson, Jackson Louis Flannigan; three siblings, Pat (wife, Angela) Flannigan of Pekin, IL, Dee Dee (husband, Bill; deceased) Kitchen of Springfield, and Colleen (husband, David) Dunning of Cheyenne, WY; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside Ceremony: 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Auburn Cemetery.
