Virginia C. King, 87, of New Berlin, died at 1:38 a.m. on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. Virginia was born on April 1, 1926 in Jacksonville, IL, the daughter of Harry Albert and Hazel Irene Moxon Scott. She married Keith E, King on February 14, 1950 in Springfield, Il. He preceded her in death on September 9, 2001. Virginia was a graduate of New Berlin Township High School. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Elizabeth, and her brother Roland M. Scott. She is survived by her two sons, Ike (Pat) King and Vincent (Donna) King, both of New Berlin; daughter, Valerie G. (Doug) Carr of New Berlin; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Private family services were held at the Woodwreath Cemetery in New Berlin, IL.
