Willa Beatrice Litherland

Willa Beatrice "Billie" Litherland, 97, of Springfield, died at 7:10 a.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at Lewis Memorial Christian Village. Willa was born on December 8, 1921, in Sevierville, TN, the daughter of Andy and Mary Jane Lewelling Wilkins. She married Todd P. Litherland on April 1, 1950, in Springfield; he preceded her in death in 2001. Willa was a long-time member of Elm Street Christian Church where she enjoyed sewing day, potlucks, and Womens Faith Circle. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Todd A. Litherland; three brothers, Cal, Wynn, and A.C. Lowell Wilkins; and sister, Zora Keil. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Brown and Jean Litherland, both of Springfield; grandchildren, Ray Brown, Farrah Fox, Michael Brown, and Brandi Litherland; six great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandson; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Additional Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019, at Elm Street Christian Church, 3020 E.
