Mr. Kelley is survived by his daughter Jamia Renee (Josh) Campos of Clayton, N.C., five great-grandchildren and one sister Sharon Beegle of Springfield. He was preceded in death by five siblings.
William was a paramedic and a security guard with the State of Illinois Department of Corrections. He worked for Senator Dan Duffy and helped as a weapons instructor at the Illinois State Police firing range.
Cremation rites were accorded.
