William James Pruitt, of Springfield, died on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at St. John's Hospital. William was born on July 27, 2013 in Springfield, the son of Scott Pruitt and Bridget Dawdy. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Betty Dawdy. He is survived by his parents, Bridget Dawdy and Scott Pruitt of Springfield; paternal grandparents, David and Vickie Pruitt of Springfield and Lois Pruitt of Springfield; sister, Kynlie Pruitt of Springfield; three aunts; one uncle; and five cousins. Private family ceremonies were held.
