Anne Hartmann Rios

Anne was born to Richard and Sheila Hartmann of Islip, New York on March 25, 1976. She attended Islip High School, where she played on the girls’ softball team. Anne graduated from the University of Scranton in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and joined the U.S. Army. She was a veteran of the Global War on Terror and was honorably discharged from the Army in 2002. After leaving the Army, Anne worked as an operating room nurse at local hospitals. While serving as an Army nurse, Anne met her future husband, Steven Rios. They were married on June 5, 2004. After starting a family, Anne devoted her energy to raising their two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Jillian.

Anne is preceded in death by her parents, Sheila and Richard Hartmann. She is survived by her loving husband Steven Rios, beloved daughters Sarah and Jillian Rios, sister Devon Hartmann, and brothers Richard and Damien Hartmann.
