Billie was born in Takoma Park, Maryland, to Billie Ruth (Ballard) Davison and Philip Nichols Davison, Jr, on April 29, 1954. She married Alvin (Al) Bready on January 3, 2003, in Alexandria, Virginia.
Billie is survived by her husband, Al, her stepdaughter Enna Davison-Bready, and brothers Philip N. Davison III and Jeffrey Davison.
A gathering & funeral service for Billie will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Rd, Springfield, Virginia 22151.
A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Army Navy Country Club, 1700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22202.
Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a date to be determined.
