

Charles retired as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1984. He served from 1954 to 1984 in the Field Offices of Los Angeles, CA, Washington, D.C., and Alexandria, VA.
He attended St. Vincents College in Latrobe, PA. and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J.
Charlie, Chuck, or Mac as his friends and family called him, served in the United States Military from 1951-1953 in the Infantry 4th Division of the 7th Army and was stationed in Germany.
He met his wife Donna Mae Stinson in 1961 while she was working at the U.S. Capitol. They were married May 4, 1963.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Donna Mae MacCabe, his brother Bernard MacCabe, his sister Maria (Ronca). His children and their spouses Kathleen (Lawrence Spoth), Michael (Kelly) MacCabe, Christina MacCabe and Timothy MacCabe. His grandchildren, Teige, Nicholas, Bernadette, Theresa, George Spoth, Charles Edward II, Shaun, Michael James MacCabe, 22 nieces and nephews.
