Clarence was born to the late Leon Tabor and Arnita Carter Tabor on July 30, 1957 in Alexandria, VA. Chuckie, as he was affectionately known, attended Alexandria public schools graduating from the high school formerly known as T.C. Williams in 1975. Chuckie worked at various jobs including for the Institute for Defense Analyses until he was incapacitated by health issues at a relatively young age.
Chuckie had a talent for making friends easily and making people laugh. He enjoyed listening to music and doing word search puzzles.
Chuckie is survived by his mother Arnita Tabor, two sisters, Sharon & Lavone Tabor, two brothers, Charles (Patricia) & Jeffrey Tabor, two nephews, Jamal Freeman & Edward Shifflett, two nieces, Briahna & Emma Tabor, two great nieces, Luna Shifflet & Nova Cutler and a host of cousins.
