I'm sorry that I wasn't able to make it to the services. I have some very good memories of Duane from the Reds; he will be missed. A good man, and a damn fine ballplayer

What a tragic loss of a beloved friend for many years. Duane made everything more fun with his witty sense of humor and banter (both at work and outside of work). Seeing him recently at another friend's funeral, and hugging him one final time will forever be priceless to me. RIP Duane, you will be missed. Love and prayers to the entire family.
