On Wednesday, July 1, 2015, Floyd Kaye Bost of Annandale, VA passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Loving husband of 53 years to Winifred Bost. Devoted father of three daughters and sons-in-law: Kaye and Rick Pennock of Fredericksburg VA, Karen and John Worthman of Bradenton FL, and Donna and Barry Culbertson of Woodbridge VA. Proud Paw Paw to six grandchildren: Kyle, Lauryn, Janet, Adam, Teddy, and Jason. Beloved Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews.
Floyd was a United States Air Force Veteran. After completing his service, he dedicated 41 years to the Communication Industry retiring in 1992. In the early 60’s, he owned and operated a jewelry and watch repair store in DC. He enjoyed being outdoors and especially liked fishing and hunting.
Those who knew Floyd enjoyed his zest for life and laughter. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Rd., Springfield, VA.
