On Monday, August 11, 2014, of Falls Church, VA, passed away in his home. He is survived by his beloved wife Kathryn D. Westbrook; his four children – Linda (Jeffrey) Wild, Floyd (Valerie) Westbrook II, Craig (Alison) Westbrook, and Brian Westbrook; and also survived by 9 grandchildren. Floyd served 20 years in the US Army. He worked as a computer programmer after his retirement from the military.
Friends welcome on Thursday, August 14 from 5-8 pm at the Demaine Funeral Home, Springfield. A service to celebrate Floyd’s life will be held on Friday, August 15 at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment with military honors at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
