Dale was born in San Diego, California to Forrest Dale Jaggar, Jr. and Dorothy Ann Jaggar on August 10th, 1957. He moved from California to Maryland with his family in 1966, and as an adult made his life in Virginia. He owned many successful businesses through the years and specialized as a Real Estate Broker and Home Improvement.
Dale is preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by four children, three siblings, four stepsiblings, his father and stepmother.
A celebration of life Memorial Service will be held at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA 22151, on February 28, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
