Hal was born and raised in Annandale, Virginia, and had lived in West Virginia for many years. He is survived by his mother, Barbara, twin brother, Matt, and sisters Nellie Williams, Susan Hancock (Randy), and Judy Hill (Michael).
Hal will be remembered for his love of all things outdoors: fishing, hunting, and spending time on his 20 acres in the mountains.
No service is planned at this time. Donations in Hal’s memory can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the Winchester, Virginia SPCA.
