Harry Eugene Barlow

Harry was born in Bois D’Arc, Missouri to Harry Edward Barlow and Grace Tatum on 11/04/1940.

He grew up and went to school in Springfield Missouri. He married Patricia J. Sevy on June 23,1958 in Springfield, MO.

He graduated from a California Community College with his Associate’s Degree, SMU Texas with his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Georgetown University with a Doctorate in Patent Law. He worked as an Electrical Engineer for Texas Instruments, Naval Research Lab and as a Patent Attorney for US Patent Office. He was a veteran and served as Radar Tech in the Navy. He belonged to the Virginia and Florida Bar Association, VCTA, CLE, ATLA. He received so many awards, too many to list.

Harry is survived by his spouse Patricia, son Tim Barlow and his spouse Anne Egan Barlow of Winchester, Va, grandchildren Brian Barlow and his spouse Meghan Reed Barlow of Reston, Va, and Allison Barlow Ritter and her Spouse Jake Ritter, of Winchester, Va, Great-Grandchildren Addie Barlow, Reese Barlow, and Pippa Ritter.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm on July 28,2024 at Demaine’s Funeral Home Springfield, VA.
