Hugo Nelson BerlyOf Burke, VA passed away on December 24, 2009 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Gladys; his daughters, Alejandra Lanahan and husband Jack, Daniela Hardesty and husband Tony; grandchildren, Isabel, Sofia, Nicholas and Daniel, and four brothers. Hugo played International Soccer for the Chilean National Soccer Team, and was a coach of ASL Soccer for the Washington Diplomats. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2010, 3:00 pm at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Rd., Springfield, VA 22151.
