Jennifer was born October 2, 1970, and adopted by Murel and Ann Bartley of Rochester Hills Michigan.
After graduating high school in Rochester Jennifer enlisted in the Army and served as a medic. Jennifer then attended the University of New Mexico where she received her degree and worked at the University of New Mexico Hospital after graduating. She married Brian Firman on October 7, 2000, in Springfield, Virginia. She worked as a nurse for a rheumatologist office for six years eventually leaving to work in day care and retail.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother Ann Bartley, brother Christopher Bartley, and father Murel Bartley.
Jennifer is survived by her spouse Brian Firman and their children Isabelle(Jillian), and Zachary.
A celebration of life gathering for Jennifer will be held Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Rd, Springfield, Virginia 22151.
