John A. Webster III

age 80 of Springfield Virginia on Sunday, March 25, 2012

passed away peacefully at his home. He is survied by

his wife, Mary Barnes Webster, his sons, Mark T Webster

and Glen A Webster, and grandson Blake T Webster.

He was born in March of 1932 son of the late

John A Jr and Flossie Boyes Webster and a resident

of Washington DC until 1966

John was a graduate of Eastern High School, class of 1950

He was on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps 1950-1952

During the Korean War and later served in the

Marine Corps Reserve until 1961

He was a graduate of Southeastern University in 1967,

He obtained an B.S., Business Adminisration (Honors)

and was a major in Business Management.

He served in civil service with the Federal Government

1952-1986 as a Management and Program Analyst

working with multiple agencies including:

Public Housing Administration, US Forest Service,

Dept of Agriculture, Dept of State, Dept of transportation

and GSA.

He was involved in real estate sales in Northern Virginia

1987-1988

He also enjoyed a career with H&R Block as an

Preparer, Instructor, Office Supervisor, and Master Tax Advisor
